Karen has a simple way of explaining what it is she wants you to do in every exercise/pose and demonstrates them herself for those who like a visual way of learning. Some of these poses which at first sight appear daunting, are easily managed thanks to Karen’s teaching and infinite patience.
For me yoga has now become an important part of my life, something I did not expect to ever say, and I have no hesitation in urging anyone to try one of Karen’s classes. You will not be disappointed

I’ve attended Karen’s classes in person and more recently online for the past 4 years. Karen is a really good teacher and is thorough in teaching the correct asanas. She’s friendly and enthusiastic and I find her approach encourages me to share the same passion for Iyengar yoga. She also has a knack to create the perfect savasana at the end of a well planned class.
I’ll always be grateful to Karen for setting up her yoga classes on Zoom in March, She has adapted her informative and enjoyable teaching style to the challenges of technology very well. Her lessons have been inspiring high points during lockdown.

I began my yoga sessions on Zoom during lockdown and Karen’s sessions have really kept me going through such a difficult time and have given me focus. The sessions are varied and fun and Karen is always positive and very patient, giving clear instructions and full explanation of the poses and their benefits.
Karen’s classes are thoroughly enjoyable and conducted very safely. There is always something new which keeps them fresh and reassuringly Karen continues to learn with her teachers and passes on useful information, tips and the latest thinking.
